We believe in fairness and transparency when handling refund requests.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only when:

The request is made within 7 days of purchase.

Less than 20% of content has been accessed.

A technical issue prevents access despite multiple support attempts.

Payment was made accidentally or charged twice.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

Completed or fully accessed courses.

Live classes already attended.

Promotional discounts or bundle offers.

Poor exam performance or dissatisfaction with results.

Reason for refund

Our team will review your case within 3–5 business days.

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 days.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription via the app store anytime.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically issue a refund.
